5. Event organiser access to attendee information

Where Event RSVP is used for an event organised by Pink Caviar Events, your personal information will be used by Pink Caviar Events to manage and deliver that event.

Where Event RSVP is used to support an event for a third-party client, host, organisation or event organiser, personal information submitted through the relevant event page may be shared with that event organiser for purposes connected with the event. This may include attendee management, guest communications, check-in, catering, seating, event delivery, reporting and post-event follow-up.

Event organisers are responsible for handling personal information they receive in accordance with their own privacy obligations.
